- Be kind. No ableism, no shame, no "just try harder." Executive dysfunction is a lag spike, not a character flaw.
- Ask before advising. "Want ideas, or just to vent?" Respect different brains, communication styles, and capacities.
- No hate, harassment, doxxing, or diagnosing others. Disagree all you want — don't be cruel about it.
- Peer support, not a crisis or medical service. We care, but we're not a substitute for professional help.
- Correction without humiliation. Most issues get a quiet nudge first. Disappear and come back anytime — no guilt, no decay.
