Terms of Use
Effective date: February 11, 2026. By using Divergify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or app.
Scope of service
Divergify is a local-first productivity environment. It is intended for planning, organization, and workflow support. It is not a medical device and is not healthcare treatment.
No provider-patient relationship
Using Divergify does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or other licensed clinical relationship between you and Divergify.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for how you use the product and for safeguarding your own devices and backups.
Local-first data model
Core workspace data is intended to remain on your device. You are responsible for local data retention, deletion, and device-level security. If you intentionally submit forms or use third-party links, those actions are governed by the relevant service terms and privacy policies.
Consent for off-device processing
Divergify is designed so off-device processing is consent-based. By default, core workspace content stays local. You authorize off-device processing only when you explicitly enable or use an optional feature that requires it.
Optional providers you choose (for example your cloud platform or AI provider) operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and you are responsible for those provider choices.
Permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Divergify for lawful personal or internal business use.
Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to bypass security, interfere with the site, or disrupt service.
- Using the site to harass, threaten, or infringe on the rights of others.
- Reverse engineering, bulk scraping, or automated extraction without written permission.
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code.
- Using the product to make unlicensed medical or legal claims on our behalf.
Intellectual property
Divergify content, branding, and trademarks are owned by their respective owners and protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Medical and clinical disclaimer
Divergify is not medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, crisis, or legal advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.
Divergify content should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.
User communications
If you contact us, you allow us to use your message to respond and provide support. Do not submit sensitive medical, legal, or financial information through public forms.
Third-party services
The site may link to third-party services (for example social platforms, payment links, or hosting features). We are not responsible for third-party terms, uptime, or policies.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divergify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Divergify harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risks, or legal requirements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Divergify is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
